ANOTHER BODY is a photo-performance that explores the formation of a collective body. In it, nonnormative bodies of different women contort, mutate, and intertwine, forming an assembled organism in constant transformation.
The performance unfolds in seven organic moments, where movements flow with such continuity that transitions can only be distinguished through subtle changes in the sound atmosphere. Each phase is a state of metamorphosis that stretches the boundaries of corporeality, proposing new ways of inhabiting and representing the self.

Formation of the body: One by one, the bodies emerge and assemble on stage, forming a plural entity.
The awakening: Micro-movements begin to activate the living matter, like a pulse awakening from deep within.
Development: Two organs initiate deep movements, sustained by the collective structure that holds them.
Struggle: Weights and counterweights, actions and reactions unfold in tension. The multiple body resists and supports itself simultaneously.
Shared breath: The rhythm softens. The body regains cohesion through a shared, restorative breath.
Free contact: Without breaking the bond, the organs emancipate themselves. Each part improvises its movement, overflowing the form.
Anti-birth: The performer is absorbed into the collective body. From within, she begins to capture images. Finally, the body collapses onto her in a kind of poetic death.

The artist captures the live action through her camera, connected to a screen. She shifts from an external gaze to an inner one, gradually being absorbed by the collective body until she becomes part of it—like another organ. The audience navigates between two modes of perception: the stillness of captured time in the photographs, and the unfolding presence of a body in constant motion.
